My name is Lucy Johns, I'm a qualified, insured and experienced Instructor and I have created these four fun Baby Yoga Sessions for you to experience with your baby.
These sessions are not Yoga for Mother and Baby. They are primarily Yoga moves and poses for your baby with a couple of Yoga 'inspired' stretches for you.
Suitable from around 8 weeks to pre-crawling.
These sessions will:
Communicate to your baby how much you value them through play and interaction.
Promote relaxation and help your baby to sleep more deeply.
Foster your baby's self esteem and confidence.
Give your baby a deep sense of wellbeing.
Enhance your baby's:
Physical Development.

I'm excited you made it here! Baby Yoga is so much fun! I have been teaching and witnessing these wonderful benefits since 2011:
